| Initial Consultation | 1-hour home visit to discuss your child’s needs, observe their communication, and set therapy goals. This session does not include an assessment or written report. | $193.99 |
| Comprehensive Assessment | 1-hour diagnostic session using standardised tools (e.g. CELF-P3, DEAP). Includes a comprehensive written report and all assessment materials. | $581.97 |
| Therapy Session | 1:1 individualised therapy. Includes up to 15 minutes of planning, documentation, and note-taking. | $193.99/hour |
| Additional Assessment Session | If more than one session is needed to complete the assessment process, this fee applies per extra session. | $193.99/hour |
| Additional Reporting | For NDIS progress reports, letters to schools or doctors, and other requested documentation. | $193.99/hour |
| Travel Fee | Travel is charged in line with NDIS Pricing Arrangements. | • Labour (travel time) billed at half the standard therapy hourly rate. • Non-labour (vehicle use) billed at $0.99/km (plus tolls/parking if applicable). |
