| Initial Consultation | Initial 1-hour session to understand your child’s needs, routines and goals. This session does not include a formal assessment or written report. | $193.99/hour |
| Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) | Functional capacity assessment to support therapy planning and/or NDIS documentation. Time required varies depending on complexity and may include sessions, clinical analysis and report writing. | $193.99/hour |
| Therapy Session | 1:1 individualised occupational therapy targeting regulation, sensory processing, independence and meaningful participation. Includes up to 15 minutes of planning and documentation. | $193.99/hour |
| Additional Assessment Session | If more than one session is required to complete the assessment process, this fee applies per additional session. | $193.99/hour |
| Additional Reporting | NDIS progress reports, letters to schools or medical professionals, and other requested documentation. | $193.99/hour |
| Travel Fee | Travel is charged in line with NDIS Pricing Arrangements. |
