Our School Based Services – TalkNest Delivery & Fee Structure (2025 – 2026)
TalkNest partners with schools to deliver flexible, evidence-based speech therapy programs onsite.
We offer three tailored service models to support students, staff, and families across your school community.
Our services are designed not only to support student needs and outcomes, but also to assist schools with NCCD-compliant evidence collection and documentation, helping you meet funding requirements.
| Service Model | What’s Included | Who It’s For |

| NDIS-Funded Therapy | 1:1 speech therapy sessions delivered onsite during school hours. | Students who are currently NDIS-funded. Sessions are invoiced directly to plan managers. |
| School-Funded Programs | Short-term therapy blocks, assessments and reports, or targeted group interventions (e.g. Tier 2). | Non-NDIS students, students on the school’s NCCD list, or students needing school-funded inclusion/catch-up support. |
| STA Delivery Model | A speech therapy program built from the ground up. TalkNest provides assessments and reports, then trains and supervises school staff to deliver sessions. | Schools looking to create a sustainable program by upskilling aides and reducing long-term costs. |
